Ordering:
1) Each order will be sent direct to your "send to" address, as per your ordering instructions.
Shipping:
1)We Only Ship to the 48 Contiguous States.
2) We DO NOT ship orders worldwide.
3) Each order will be assessed a shipping charge. You are responsible for this charge. Just click the checkout button to see your actual shipping cost.
4) No shipments will be made on any account that has become delinquent.
Backorders/Substitutions:
1) If any products do become backordered that you have ordered you will be notified.
Cancellations:
1) Orders can be cancelled prior to shipment. Shipment generally occurs
at 3:00 PM PST Monday - Friday (excluding U.S. holidays).
2) Orders can also be cancelled if they are on backorder.
3) If a problem exists on an order, it may be cancelled, at our sole
discretion, 48 hours after being placed if there is no response to
messages left informing you of such an issue.
Returns:
1) All returns
require a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA #) issued by an
authorized representative. Product returned without this authorization
may not be identifiable to process a return, or at our sole discretion
may be refused).
2) At our discretion, all non-defective returns MAY be assessed a 20%
restocking fee within 15 days of shipping. Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.
3) Non-defective product will only be accepted in resalable condition, with all original packaging.
4) Product can be returned to us within 15 days of sale.
5) Upon receipt of the return, we will credit your account for
merchandise costs, and you are responsible for handling the transaction
with your customer.
6) All returns must be returned to us postage paid regardless of
reason. If a replacement order is sent, it will be shipped without
shipping or handing charges to the customer.
7) Special orders or closeouts may not be eligible for return.
8) Returns will not be accepted after 15 days after shipping, regardless of reason.
Refusals and Non-Deliverables:
1) You are responsible for all shipping charges and return service
charges on any refused order. We will credit your account for all
merchandise less a 10% restocking fee. Shipping charges and handling
fees will not be refunded on refused orders.
Damages:
1) We will be held
responsible for any damages that occur during shipment and will
generally replace these orders free of charge. All claims must be made
within 5 days of receipt of goods
